By complying with business ethics and abiding by the contract, we adhere to fair competition and pursue friendly cooperation. Having been integrated into the whole process of enterprise operation, the concept of honesty and trustworthiness has become a value standard to be followed by all employees. We incorporate the requirements of honesty and trustworthiness into internal control system of the Company and issue relevant laws and regulations and the Company’s anti-fraud policy to employees promptly. Moreover, we establish a reporting system and standardize anti-fraud investigation and handling procedures to promptly discover and handle fraud practice. In addition, we continuously optimize the internal control supervision and restraint mechanism to promptly prevent the risk of failure of internal control measures and influence on realization of internal control objectives for the reason of fraud.

If it is found that our personnel manipulate the bidding, demand kickbacks or have other illegal acts during business activities, please promptly report it to our Discipline Inspection and Supervision Office, with information and evidence such as the object to be reported, time, place and course of the incident provided to facilitate prompt handling. We implement the whistleblower protection system, undertake to promptly investigate and handle all reported information. We strictly keep the source of the report confidential, and protect the whistleblower from possible interest damage owing to reporting by taking special measures.
